PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

I. Basic Provisions

  1. The controller of personal data according to Article 4, point 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR“) is Ing. Kateřina Hradská, Company ID: 10682481 (hereinafter referred to as the „controller“).

Personal data refers to all information about an identified or identifiable individual; an identifiable individual is a person who can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly by reference to a certain identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more special features of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that individual.

  4. The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided or that the controller has obtained based on fulfilling your order.

  2. The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for contract fulfillment.

III. Legal Reason and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

  1. The legal reason for processing personal data is:
    ● The fulfillment of a contract between you and the controller according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR.

  2. The purpose of processing personal data is:
    ● To process your order and exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data necessary for the successful processing of the order (name, contact, or address) is required, as without this data, it is impossible to conclude or fulfill the contract.

  3. There is no automated individual decision-making by the controller in the sense of Article 22 GDPR.

IV. Data Retention Period

  1. The controller retains personal data:
    ● For the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to enforce claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

  2. After the retention period expires, the controller will delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller’s Subcontractors)

  1. Recipients of personal data are persons:
    ● Involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment processing based on the contract,
    ● Providing website operation services,
    ● Providing marketing services.

  2. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries include providers of mailing/cloud services.

VI. Your Rights

  1. Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

    ● The right to access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
    ● The right to correct personal data under Article 16 GDPR or restrict processing under Article 18 GDPR,
    ● The right to erase personal data under Article 17 GDPR,
    ● The right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR,
    ● The right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
    ● The right to withdraw consent in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller provided in Article III of these conditions.

  2. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe your right to data protection has been violated.

VII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data

  1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

  2. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form.

  3. The controller declares that access to personal data is only granted to authorized persons.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the personal data protection terms and that you fully accept them.
